&lt;blockquote&gt;I&#039;m an Australian/British photographer journalist mostly writing for IRIN, the UN&#039;s news service and I&#039;ve been in Bangladesh for just over a year. I did an internship with The Daily Star and I also write for The Independent in Bangladesh and The Scotland Herald. My blog contains around 30,000 words about Bangladesh - I&#039;ve attended the majority of religious/cultural events, such as ijtema and muhurram, and I&#039;ve also written about finding a flat in Dhaka, having a Bangladeshi boyfriend and doing my first cat walk show
(etc). I&#039;m hoping to begin writing a book about Bangladesh soon.
